Melinda Yeary is a local native of Colorado with a Business degree in Marketing/Journalism from Metropolitan State College of Denver, who chose to be a dedicated Realtor. This career is a perfect fit for me as I enjoy the many changing aspects of the marketplace, from interest rates to zoning to schools & neighborhoods. I also feel that this is a career which requires commitment and preparation-one that is built on reputation and referrals- all of which I take very seriously.

What Cause Gets Your Time And Money?
Friends of Red Rocks – as a founding member, I donate time to the benefit of the park and its significance to our area. The latest is the improvement and historic preservation of the barracks used by the Civilian Conservation Corp (C.C.C) who were responsible, during the Great Depression, for building many parks in the U.S. We were lucky to have the CCC complete Red Rocks Amphitheatre & we are raising money to keep their contribution part of Colorado history. I also donate to Divine Feline. A very dedicated veterinarian, Dr. Erica Rambus, runs a non-profit for the humane neuter/spay of feral cats. She has a mobile unit and has altered (and vaccinated) over 9,000 cats at this time. She makes a difference in the over population problem and suffering of kitties with no homes.
